Common questions

How do I use Mapora offline?

Open the menu → Download maps, and download the states you need. Once downloaded, search and navigation work without a connection. Address packs add door-level address search.

The app says a map is missing.

Mapora offers to download the missing region. Tap Download, wait for it to finish and the route is calculated again.

Why can’t I get a route to a place?

Some destinations (for example restricted or pedestrian-only areas) have no road for cars. Mapora tries nearby points on the closest drivable road.

How do I cancel Mapora Pro or restore a purchase?

Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase use Restore Purchases in the app.

How do I delete my data?

Mapora stores your data on your device. Delete the app to remove it. See the Privacy Policy.
